Your body is designed to birth naturally. Nobody has shown you how to prepare.
Before your next doctor's visit, give us one minute. This is what nobody tells you about preparing for a natural delivery.
Book Your Birth Readiness CallIs this you?
You want a natural delivery. You're also scared of it.
Maybe you've heard one too many labour stories from relatives. Maybe your doctor's visits are seven minutes of scans and reports, and nobody has talked about the birth itself. Maybe you're quietly wondering if a C-section would just be easier. If that's you, stay with us.

You see the positive test. Pure joy. Then the advice starts pouring in.
- Wk 12
Every visit is scans, reports, supplements. "All normal." Nobody mentions labour.
- Wk 20
You google "how to have a normal delivery" at 2 am. A hundred tips. No plan.
- Wk 30
Someone says it's too early to think about birth. Someone else says it's too late.
- Wk 37
"Baby is big." "Fluid is low." "Let's not take a risk." A date gets fixed.
- Wk 39
You're on the table, wondering if it could have gone differently.
Why this keeps happening
You're preparing for a baby. Nobody is preparing you for the birth.
Your doctor has a few minutes per visit. That time goes to scans and reports, because that's what the visit is built for. Birth preparation isn't on the checklist.
Many hospitals run on routine: early admission, lying flat on your back, induction when labour feels slow. Each step makes the next intervention more likely.
Family and films show birth as an emergency: screaming, ambulances, rushing. So fear becomes the plan.
Imagine walking into the most important exam of your life with no syllabus and no practice. Of course you'd be afraid.
It's not that your body can't do it. It's that nobody has helped you prepare for it.
Same night. Two mothers.
The difference isn't her body. It's what she knew.
An illustration of a typical first labour, based on what our childbirth educators teach. Some births need medical help no matter how prepared you are, and that's okay. Preparation helps you tell the difference.
It's not you
Nearly half of private-hospital births in India are C-sections.
of births in Indian private hospitals are C-sections.
is the rate WHO has long called ideal for a country. Above 10%, it found no further drop in deaths of mothers or babies.
Sources: National Family Health Survey (NFHS-5, 2019-21); WHO Statement on Caesarean Section Rates (2015).
C-sections save lives when they're needed, and doctors aren't the villains here. Your OPD visit is a few minutes of scans and reports. Nobody has time to prepare you for the birth itself. So that preparation has to come from somewhere else.

40 weeks. Three stages. Four things to prepare.
Natural birth rests on preparing your body, your mind, your nutrition and your choices. What you should focus on depends on where you are. Tap your trimester.
▲ Have your birth preference conversation with your doctor before your third trimester starts.
You don't need to do everything. You need to do the right things for your week.
So where do you start?
That's the one thing this call is built to answer.
You've seen the map. On the call, a Pregnancy Counsellor looks at your week, your reports and your worries, and gives you a clear birth-preparation plan for where you are right now.
Book Your Birth Readiness CallWhere we're different
We're not anti‑C‑section. We're anti‑fear.
Every birth is valid. What matters is that you choose with knowledge, not because you were scared or rushed.
For most healthy pregnancies, a natural delivery is realistic with the right preparation. For some, there's a genuine medical reason to plan differently. We'll tell you honestly which one is you.
If you have a high-risk pregnancy, we'll say so and point you to your doctor. False hope wastes the one thing you can't get back, which is time before your due date.
If you leave the call and choose a C-section with full understanding, we're glad. An informed choice is the only side we're on.
What the call gives you
You'll walk out with a plan. Not more advice.
A week-by-week preparation plan for your trimester: which movement, breathing, diet and baby-bonding practices to start now.
The things worth watching in your reports, like haemoglobin, blood pressure, sugar and weight gain, and what to ask your doctor about each.
Your birth preferences, such as freedom to move in labour, skin-to-skin, delayed cord clamping and the golden hour, and how to raise them with your doctor.
An honest answer on fit. If the iMumz Wombcare program suits you, we'll explain it. Only if it truly does.

Honest answers
Before you decide.
Will this call guarantee a normal delivery?
No one can promise that, and anyone who does isn't being honest. What preparation does is remove the avoidable reasons for interventions: fear, an unprepared body, and not knowing your options.
I'm only in my first trimester. Isn't it too early?
It's the best time. Your foundations of nutrition, movement and stress are set now, and you'll have time to choose the right doctor and hospital before the third trimester.
I'm already in my third trimester. Is it too late?
No. There's still a lot you can do: breathing for labour, birth positions, knowing when to go to hospital, and having the birth preference conversation with your doctor. We'll focus on what matters most for your remaining weeks.
Is this a replacement for my gynaecologist?
No. Keep seeing your doctor and follow their medical advice. This call helps you prepare and ask better questions, so your doctor visits become more useful.
Should my husband join?
Yes, if he can. A supportive partner who knows what to do in labour makes a real difference, and many of the decisions are made together.
Why do I have to pay ₹199?
So that the slots go to mothers who are serious about preparing. If you come prepared and don't find it helpful, we'll refund it.
What if I have a high-risk pregnancy?
Tell us when we call you. We'll be honest about what applies to you and make sure your doctor stays at the centre of your decisions.
